About The Material We Use

  • Are there hypoallergenic materials available?
    Our 18K gold only contain gold, copper and silver.
    Our Pt900 contains only platinum, palladium.
  • Are there eco-friendly or sustainable material options?
    Yes, we offer recycled metals and ethically sourced gemstones as sustainable choices.
  • How is the quality of the gemstones used guaranteed?
    All gemstones that are indicated to have a certificate will come with a certificate from a reputable institution.
    Canadian stones have documentation from Mine to Market and have rough videos for the stones.
    The argyle stone are laser inscribed.
  • I have a gem stone. Can you set it on one of your design?
    We do not work with gemstones brought in by first-time buyers. Thank you for your understanding.

About The Order Process

  • It shows different price when I chose "Shipping within Japan". Why?
    Japanese law requires us to display tax-included prices when shipping within Japan. Japanese consumption tax will not apply when we are shipping internationally.
  • What is the average delivery time for bespoke jewelry?
    Typically, it takes 4 weeks from design approval to delivery. Please see "Order Process".
  • How are design suggestions and changes made?
    We email back and forth to discuss the design and create a WAX model to communicate the design in three dimensions before making the piece in metal. Design changes can be made until we can start producing in metal.
  • How do I order bespoke jewelry other than the Customizable Ring Collection?
    Please consult with us for custom jewelry before purchasing stones. See "Order Process".
  • Are you comfortable working with international clients?
    We have been making custom jewelry via email with our clients all over the world. We communicate through sketches, photos, and videos of the stones and the WAX models.

    Yes, we offer international shipping via Fedex.
  • I'm traveling to Japan and planning to propose to my significant other during the trip. Can I pick up the ring at your store?
    Yes, our Tokyo store is open 12~19:00 and closed on Wednesdays.
    Our e-commerce system will charge you Japanese sales tax when you choose a "store pickup."
    If you want to pick up your jewelry during your trip to Japan. Please contact us before you make a purchase.
    Please take a screenshot of your shopping cart so we know which items you want to purchase.
    Instead of using our e-commerce system, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the amount without sales tax. We have to process your Tax-Free at the store during your visit. Please make sure to bring your passport with you.

  • If the ring doesn't fit, can adjustments be made?
    Yes, we offer a one-time free resizing within the first 30 days of delivery; however, for international shoppers, it can get complicated with customs and VAT when you ship in and out of countries. You should be able to find a local jeweler to size the ring.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Cancel, Return and Exchange

    Because all jewelry is made and gemstones are imported to order, all sales are final.
    We do not accept cancelation of bespoke orders after the post-purchase-email-discussion since we start the production thereafter.

    Please review the photos and videos thoroughly to understand the characteristics of the gemstone.
    Please feel free to request additional photos and/or videos if you want to see a specific part of the gemstone.

    If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact us immediately.
    Any damage must be reported within seven ( 7 ) days of delivery. We will repair the jewelry or issue a refund on the gemstone.

    Prior to shipping for an exchange or refund, please contact us with your request for a return authorization code and our return address. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped insured and trackable. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.

  • Is there a warranty on the product?
    Yes, we provide a one-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects.
  • Is there a repair service for damaged items?
    Yes, we offer repair services on our jewelry. The cost depends on the type of repair needed.
