Shipping
The shipping cost varies depending on the shipping address. You can follow the check-out-process to find out the shipping cost before committing to purchase.
Packages are shipped via Yamato or Sagawa within Japan.
We ship your international order, fully insured via Fedex. The items are covered 100% whilst in transit.
If you need us to ship the item to arrive at a specific date, please let us know as soon as you complete the purchase process.
Upon shipment, we will send you a shipping email, which will include your tracking number.
Import taxes, customs duties
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. ileava jewelry does not have control or any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

When shipped to Japanese address, Japanese consumption tax (10%) will apply at the checkout.

We do not charge you sales tax when shipping to outside of Japan, however please be aware that your country may charge customs duty and/or VAT depending on where you live.

All items are made in Japan and shipped from Japan.
Cancel, Return and Exchange
Because all jewelry is made and gemstones are imported to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept cancelation of bespoke orders after the post-purchase-email-discussion since we start the production thereafter.
Please review the photos and videos thoroughly to understand the characteristics of the gemstone.
Please feel free to request additional photos and/or videos if you want to see a specific part of the gemstone.
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact us immediately.
Any damage must be reported within seven ( 7 ) days of delivery. We will repair the jewelry or issue a refund on the gemstone.
Prior to shipping for an exchange or refund, please contact us with your request for a return authorization code and our return address. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped insured and trackable. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.

Whether it's a gift for someone special or a gift for your self, we believe that all jewelry deserves ribbons. Every items from ileava jewelry comes is an original box. Please feel free to contact us if you have a specific gift wrapping requests.

We engrave letters inside of rings and other jewelry for free of charge.
If you would like recommendations, advise or help translating your text into Japanese, please use the ”Special instructions for the jeweler” section in your shopping cart.
Please allow extra 2 week turn around time for engravings.
Care
- Repair
- We repair all ileava jewelry items. While we do our best to repair them free of charges, we ask that you take care of the shipping fee.
If there is a breakage and/or missing piece, we will provide you a cost base quotation before repairing. - Cleaning
- Jewelries can be cleaned with dish soap and warm water using tooth brush. Please make sure to rinse well and dry thoroughly with soft cloth.
We also provide maintenance for free of charge. Please contact us before mailing it in. The returning shipping fee within Japan will be collected upon delivery.
