Cancel, Return and Exchange
Because all jewelry is made and gemstones are imported to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept cancelation of bespoke orders after the post-purchase-email-discussion since we start the production thereafter.
Please review the photos and videos thoroughly to understand the characteristics of the gemstone.
Please feel free to request additional photos and/or videos if you want to see a specific part of the gemstone.
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact us immediately.
Any damage must be reported within seven ( 7 ) days of delivery. We will repair the jewelry or issue a refund on the gemstone.
Prior to shipping for an exchange or refund, please contact us with your request for a return authorization code and our return address. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped insured and trackable. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.
